Joint Commission Approved

Our Center has earned the Joint Commission’s Gold Seal of Approval for Nursing Care Center Accreditation by demonstrating compliance with its performance standards. The Gold Seal of Approval is a symbol of quality that reflects an organizations commitment to providing safe, effective patient and resident care. Our Center underwent a rigorous on-site survey. During the review, Joint Commission expert surveyors evaluated compliance with nursing care center standards related to several areas, including assistance with activities of daily living, coordination of care, staff education and training. Surveyors also conducted on-site observation interviews with leaders and staff of the organization.

CMS 5-Star Center Recognition

Our Center has received a Five Star Quality Measures rating from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS). The Five-Star Quality Rating System is a tool to help consumers select and compare skilled nursing care centers.  Created by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services in 2008, the rating system uses information from Health Care Surveys (both standard and complaint), Quality Measures, and Staffing. The Nursing Home Compare website features the rating system.

Newsweek partnered with the respected global data research firm Statista Inc. to establish a ranking of Best Nursing Homes throughout the U.S. Over 15,000 nursing homes were analyzed. See the full article.

Google 4+ Customer Rating

Handling more than 5.4 billion searches per day, Google is the most used search engine on the World Wide Web. To help their algorithms sort through billions of web pages and provide the most relevant results to their users, Google provides consumers with an opportunity to leave a business review, which includes a rating from one star (poor) to five stars (excellent). Google then averages the ratings to determine an overall star rating.

Great experience. I heard bad things about this place from a friend. Boy was he wrong. I was in another facility then transferred here. This staff is so caring. I didn't meet anyone at this facility that wasnt nice and caring. They always took my vitals, made sure I had water. Everyone did their job. I was never ignored. They always took my blood pressure twice to make sure it was accurate came and checked on me all through the night. Very caring staff. Gonna miss this place. The cnas Ms Ruby and Ms Helen was the best.. they went out their way to help anyone. Great staff These people cared. Food was never enough wonder who they thought they were feeding 8 year olds. Staff is great. If I had to go there again I would.

My Mother in law , Linda Lane was happy here . She said the staff was friendly and very helpful. Unfortunately she moved to a nursing facility on Max Leggett parkway where she passed away in just a few months. I wish she had stayed here where she received the proper medical care . She was only 70 and could walk and talk just fine. I feel if she had stayed at this facility, she would be with us today.
